Prayer said in the sacristy after the dismissal: Our Father and God, You have sanctified us through the communion of the all holy body and precious blood of Your only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ; give also unto us the grace of Your good Spirit.

Keep us blameless in the faith, lead us unto perfect adoption, unto redemption, and unto the coming joys of eternity; for You are our sanctification and our light, O God, with Your only begotten Son, and Your all holy Spirit, now and ever, and for all eternity. Amen.

Deacon: In the peace of Christ let us keep watch.

Priest: Blessed is God, who blesses and sanctifies us through the communion of the holy, and life giving, and pure mysteries, now and ever, and for all eternity. Amen.

The prayer of propitiation:

O Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Father: You who are our God, our Lamb, and our Shepherd, You who take away the sin of the world, who freely forgave their debt to the two debtors, and gave remission of her sins to the sinful woman, who gave healing to the paralytic, with the remission of his sins:
Forgive, remit, and pardon, O Christ our God, all our offences, voluntary and involuntary, committed in knowledge and in ignorance, by transgression and by disobedience, which Your all holy Spirit knows better than Your servants do.
And if the people, weak and dwelling in this world, have in anything strayed from Your divine commandments, moved by the flesh or by the devil, either in word or in deed, or if they have come under a curse, or made any unholy promise or oath, I entreat and beseech Your unspeakable loving kindness, that they may be set free from every curse, and released from their oaths, and freed from every attack and wile of the evil one, now and always, according to Your mercy and great goodness.

O Sovereign Lord, Jesus Christ, our Savior and great High Priest, hear my supplication on behalf of Your servants, and pass over all their sins and errors, remembering them no more:

Forgive them every transgression, voluntary and involuntary; and deliver them from everlasting punishment:

For You commanded us, saying, “Whatsoever you bind upon earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose upon earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

You O Christ are God from God, rich in every mercy, ever ready to save us, and to forgive all our sins:

For glory is due unto You, with Your eternal Father, and Your life giving Spirit, now and ever, and for all eternity. Amen.
