The priest prays:
Commemorating our allholy, pure, most glorious, and blessed Lady, the Mother of God and Ever-Virgin Mary, and all the saints who have been well pleasing to You since the world began, let us devote ourselves, and one another, and our whole life, to Christ our God:
People: To You, O Lord.
Priest: O God, Almighty Father, who through Your great and unspeakable love did condescend to the weakness of Your servants, and have counted us worthy to partake of this heavenly table, condemn us not for the participation of Your pure mysteries; but keep us, O good One, in the sanctification of Your Holy Spirit:
That being made holy, we may find part and inheritance with all Your saints who have lived in the light of Your countenance, and have been pleasing to You since the world began, through the mercy of Your only begotten Son, our Lord, and God, and Savior Jesus Christ, with whom You are blessed, together with Your all-holy, and good, and life giving Spirit:
For blessed and glorified is Your all precious and glorious name, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, now and ever, and for all eternity.
The People: Amen.
Priest: Peace be with all.
People: And with your spirit.
Deacon: Let us bow our heads to the Lord.
Priest: O God, great and marvelous, look upon Your servants, for we have bowed our heads to You. Stretch forth Your hand, strong and full of blessings, and bless Your people.
Keep Your inheritance, that always and at all times we may glorify You, our only desire and true God, O holy and consubstantial Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; now and ever, and for all eternity.
(Aloud)
For unto You praise is becoming and due from us all; and honor, and adoration, and thanksgiving; You who are Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, now and forever.
Deacon: In the peace of Christ let us sing:
Again he says: And in the peace of Christ, let us go forth.
The People: In the name of the Lord. Father, pronounce the blessing.
The blessing is given.
Dismissal prayer, by the deacon: Going on from glory to glory, we praise You, the Savior of our souls.
Glory to the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit now and ever, and for all eternity. We praise You, the Savior of our souls.
The priest prays from the altar to the sacristy: Going on from strength to strength, and having fulfilled all the divine service in Your temple, we beseech You, O God our gracious Father, make us worthy of Your loving-kindness; and make straight our path in this life:
Root us in Your fear, and make us worthy of Your heavenly kingdom, in Christ Jesus our Lord, with whom You are blessed, together with Your all holy, and good, and life giving Spirit, now and always, and forever.
Deacon: Again and again, and at all times, in peace let us beseech the Lord.
